Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Biggz Word Search Glory mobile application ("the App") operated by Rich Biggs ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Biggz Word Search Glory is a free, ad-supported word search puzzle game available on iOS devices. The App provides word search puzzles across multiple themes and difficulty levels for entertainment purposes.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a word search puzzle game. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

4. Advertising

The App is free to download and use. To support the App, we display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements will be displayed during your use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of Rich Biggs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rich Biggs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

8. Game Progress

Game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress due to device malfunction, app deletion, software updates, or any other cause. We do not provide cloud backup of game data.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or make improvements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertising. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
